Transportation Stephanies transportation practice extends from coast to coast, and includes representing local, regional, and long-haul trucking companies and their drivers in claims for personal injury, property damage, and wrongful death. Stephanie also has experience assisting trucking companies with DOT/FMCSA compliance issues and advising them before, during, and after DOT audits. Healthcare Stephanie has experience representing health care providers in medical malpractice lawsuits and administrative matters including investigations by the Texas Medical Board, the Texas Board of Nursing, and the Office of Civil Rights. She also maintains a docket of veterinary cases, ranging from malpractice claims to board complaints to pre-suit investigations.
