About
Biography Ronald P. Golden III is counsel in Bayards Litigation Department. His practice focuses on complex patent litigation in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware, spanning across a range of technologies. Ron has worked on cases involving pharmaceutical Hatch-Waxman litigation, software, medical device, consumer, and semiconductor chip products. In these matters, he has experience in all phases of litigation, including pre-suit diligence, case management, preliminary injunctions, document collection and production, fact and expert discovery, claim construction, summary judgment and Daubert hearings, and trial. Ron served as a member of a pro bono trial team that represented death row inmates challenging the constitutionality of the state of Arkansass use of the sedative Midazolam in the 2017 Arkansas Lethal Injection Class Action Lawsuit. Prior to joining Bayard, Ron served as Judge Leonard P. Starks Courtroom Deputy with expanded law clerk duties in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware for eight years while attending Widener Universitys Delaware Law School in the evening.
