Judicial Service Began service on the County Court Bench in May 2023. Elevated to the Circuit Court Bench in October 2023. Judge Felix currently serves as a Circuit Court Judge in Manatee County. He presides over the civil division. Background & Education Before taking the bench, Judge Felix was a prosecutor at the Office of the State Attorney for the Twelfth Judicial Circuit for over 10 years. As an Assistant State Attorney, he was assigned to prosecute all crimes committed upon children. In 2019, he was named Child Advocate of the Year.
