\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e Performing quality control reviews of project attorney document review sets and providing feedback and additional training as needed to avoid the inadvertent production of privileged or nonresponsive documents, as well as to ensure responsive documents are properly coded and produced.\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e Serving as key liaison between eMerge project management and the review team to ensure the reviewers are properly trained on the unique issues of the case and that they are receiving the information needed to conduct their work efficiently and accurately.\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e Working with case teams and eMerge project management to identify the scope of review and criteria for production, including coding of documents for privilege, key issues, and/or confidentiality.\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e Providing feedback to the eMerge project management regarding the progress of the review.\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003c/ul\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e Bradley has in-depth experience in managing teams of attorneys working on document reviews and deposition preparation for a diverse range of matters including construction litigation, government investigations, and business litigation.\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e Prior to focusing on eDiscovery, Bradley practiced as an associate in wills, trusts, and estates; probate practice and litigation; and general business litigation. He utilizes this experience to help case teams craft discovery plans uniquely tailored to fit the needs of each client and matter.\u003c/p\u003e,
