William R. Cain aggressively advocates for the interests of his clients while maintaining a high degree of competency and proficiency. William R. Cain is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University and Nashville School of Law. While at MTSU, William earned a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. William has served Henderson, Raque, and Cain as a Paralegal for over two years prior to becoming an attorney at the firm and is a member of the Tennessee Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and Rutherford County Bar Association. William R. Cain aggressively advocates for the interests of his clients while maintaining a high degree of competency and proficiency. William invests his services in the local community by volunteering with local pro bono legal clinics and is licensed and admitted to practice in all Tennessee State Courts and the U. S. District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee. William serves a wide variety of clients through his focus in the areas of family law, criminal defense, civil litigation, juvenile law, and personal injury.
