Rebekah Maddox Ditto

Biography Rebekah Maddox Ditto is an Associate in our office in Tifton, Georgia, and she specializes in government liability and general liability matters. She has successfully argued before the Georgia Supreme Court and the Georgia Court of Appeals and protects the rights of clients in a wide range of complex liability litigation. Rebekah focuses her practice in the area of government liability and assists with the firms representation as County Attorney for Ben Hill, Berrien, Coffee, Tift, and Ware Counties. Rebekah brings to these positions experience with governmental entities in a wide array of liability settings. Rebekah has been called upon to address a variety of issues impacting government, including but not limited to Open Records, Human Resource Issues, Local Ordinances, and Elections.
