Fire at the Chatham County Courthouse in North Carolina where $5.1 Million was recovered; Fire at the Triangle Park shopping center in Maryland where $2.3 Million was recovered; Structural collapse at the Ingles food distribution facility in North Carolina where $1 Million was recovered; Fire at Sam's Club in Alabama where $3 Million was recovered; and Plumbing failure and water damage at Presbyterian College in South Carolina where $1.5 was recovered. Al is a member of the North Carolina, South Carolina and Maryland state bar associations. Al earned his Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Florida in 1987, his law degree at Stetson University College of Law in 1990 and a Masters in the Study of Environmental Law from Vermont Law School in 1991. He is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of Maryland, North Carolina and South Carolina and is regularly admitted to specially appear in cases in other states. Al was previously a Partner at Quick, Widis & Nalibotsky where he practiced for 8 years and was a Member of Cozen O'Connor where he practiced for 16 years.
