D. Stephen Duncan

D. Stephen Duncan was born and raised in Tazewell, Tennessee. After graduating from Claiborne County High School, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Tennessee Tech. His interest in the law led him to Memphis State University (now the University of Memphis), where he earned a Juris Doctor Degree. He then returned home to East Tennessee where he has represented clients everywhere from Johnson to Hamblen counties.In previous years, Mr. Duncan has served as president of the Washington County Bar Association, Johnson City Optimist Club and the Business Resource Group. He enjoys living in Johnson City with his wife Vickie and continues to network with other local businesses regularly.
