Benjamin E. Thompson

Mr. Thompson was born in Wilson, North Carolina, and graduated from N. C. State University with a B. S. in nuclear engineering in 1993. Following graduation, Ben worked with the firm as a courier before entering law school at Campbell University in the Fall of 1994. Ben clerked at the firm both summers during law school and graduated in 1997. After starting with the firm as an associate, Ben was named partner in 2002. Since beginning as an associate, Ben has spent the majority of his time practicing in all areas of civil litigation, mainly on the defense side. Ben has tried approximately thirty cases to verdict, mainly in central and eastern North Carolina. Ben is admitted to practice in the North Carolina state courts and the United States District Courts.
