Nolan Moody

Nolan Moody is an experienced trial lawyer in both state and federal court as well as before administrative panels and appeals. He is based out of the Firms Lansing, Michigan office. His broad commercial litigation experience includes all aspects of contract and tort litigation, healthcare fraud, employment disputes, real estate, automotive industry litigation, shareholder and family business disputes, trade secret and non-compete litigation, and domestic arbitration. Mr. Moody specializes in a wide array of complex topics involving utility litigation, including gas and electric rate disputes, distribution increase requests, and customer switching litigation. Mr. Moody also concentrates his practice in administrative law proceedings, including matters involving contested case hearings, licensing applications, and defense of regulatory violations before the Michigan Liquor Control Commission, Michigan Marijuana Regulatory Agency, and the Michigan Public Service Commission, among others.
