Diego E. Garcia

Diego E. Garcia is civil litigator representing clients in Trust and Estate, Employment, and Commercial Litigation matters. Early in his career, Diego was a commercial business, real estate, and intellectual property litigator in a mid-sized law firm in Californias wine country. A fluent Spanish speaker, he was twice president of the Golden Gate University School of Law International Law Society and spent a summer abroad at Magdalen College, University of Oxford studying English Legal Systems and Comparative Property Law. As a 7th generation Californian, Diego believes in giving back through civic and community involvement, and regularly participates in charitable events for a diverse range of causes. He is an active member of the American Inns of Court, a national association of lawyers and judges dedicated to professionalism, ethics, civility, and excellence.
