Lindsay Dodson

Lindsay appreciates the sensitivity innate to all family law issues and recognizes that all of her clients trust her with an important and difficult part of their life. To Lindsay, no client is just a case. Listening to clients and understanding their specific needs and concerns allows Lindsay to develop a clear strategy to guide her client forward. From the onset of a clients case, Lindsay works with the client to develop a roadmap to ensure the clients matter is handled thoughtfully and efficiently. A firm belief in mediation, coupled with strong negotiation skills, lead most of Lindsays cases to be settled amicably outside of court. However, having begun her law practice as a litigator and been awarded the International Trial Academys Award for Distinguished Achievement in the Art and Science of Advocacy, Lindsay is equally as strategic, thoughtful and gifted in the courtroom.
