Hannah Rose Cheney

Professional Hannah Cheney is an Associate Attorney at Illuminate Law Group, where she focuses her practice on civil matters including TEDRA litigation, landlord/tenant, and guardianships. Before joining Illuminate, Hannah represented hospital clients in guardianship matters and defended medical providers in malpractice claims in the United States District Courts. Her prior work also includes personal injury litigation, tort defense, and municipal law, giving her a broad legal foundation that informs her current general civil litigation practice. She is admitted to practice in Washington and Oregon and is an active member of multiple bar associations. Hannah earned her Juris Doctor from Seattle University School of Law, where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Seattle Journal of Technology, Environmental & Innovation Law and President of the Environmental Law Society. Personal Outside of work, Hannah enjoys spending time with her French Bulldog, George Michael. She also finds joy in reading, checking out local stand-up comedy shows, and exploring new restaurants and wineries.
