Kyle Millsap

Kyle Millsap believes the law, as a concept, is closer to a shield than a drawn sword, closer to a roof than a pit. His depth of understanding and passion make him a strong advocate for small business and corporate law clients. In conjunction with the Texas A&M University School of Law Entrepreneurship Law Clinic, Kyle has experience helping low-income individuals start businesses by assisting them in the creation of business entities, drafting partnership/operating agreements, drafting subscription agreements, and providing legal advice regarding business models. When hes not working Kyle enjoys spending time with his wife and son, watching scary movies, reading, and occasionally playing golf.
