Marcia Eileen Sampson

Marcia is a Florida native and a graduate of The Florida State University College of Law. Prior to joining Alexander Shunnarah, Ms. Sampson worked in the Ninth Judicial Circuits Office of the Public Defender, where she tried many jury trials on behalf of underprivileged clients who could not afford representation. In 2020, Marcia moved on to working at Americas largest personal injury firm in its Orlando office where she had the privilege of training and practicing in the firms premise liability department. Today, Marcia handles a wide variety of cases ranging from car crashes and trip & falls to wrongful death, and negligent security from inception through trial. With her extensive litigation experience, Marcia works out the details of a case ensuring her clients receive the compensation they deserve for the injuries and damages they have sustained.
