Jay Shroff Local Counsel Jay Shroff is a licensed attorney in the State of Texas. Jay specializes in real property appeals, protest hearings, and manages the litigation and arbitration processes. Jay graduated from Southwestern University where he majored in Business while also a member of the Universitys renowned tennis team. Jay went on to attend South Texas College of Law, obtaining his Juris Doctor degree in 2010. Mr. Shroff is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas. In his leisure time, Jay enjoys exploring new restaurants in the greater Houston area and spending quality time with his wife and daughter.
