John Henry Darnell

John Darnell is a Partner in the firms Jacksonville office. He practices in the area of general defense litigation including premises liability, automobile negligence, and products liability. Mr. Darnell graduated with honors from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. Prior to attending law school, he also received his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida. Before joining Cole, Scott & Kissane, Mr. Darnell represented plaintiffs in civil litigation including premises liability, negligence, and use of force matters.
