I handle matters throughout Central Ohio and the Miami Valley. My practice is focused on Personal Injury Law, Medical Malpractice, and Estate Law (Wills and Trusts). With respect to Personal Injury Law and Medical Malpractice, I represent a wide variety of injured victims, including those injured in car accidents, medical procedures, motorcycle accidents, tractor-trailer accidents, dog bites, bicycle, pedestrian, ATV, and slip and fall accidents. I represent clients that have suffered severe or permanent injuries, as well as clients who have suffered soft-tissue injuries. I also represent clients in wrongful death actions, and have successfully negotiated settlements in excess of one million dollars. Throughout my career, I have handled thousands of injury cases, ranging from minor injury claims to catastrophic claims. I have served as lead trial counsel or co-counsel for personal injury cases tried to jury verdict in multiple Ohio counties, including Franklin, Montgomery, Greene, and Clark Counties. Since 2002, I have earned the respect of my colleagues and my clients. Some of my largest cases have been referrals from other attorneys, and referrals from former clients. On numerous occasions, other attorneys have even referred their own family members to me, a gesture that shows the utmost trust and confidence in me. On a personal note, I am married and have two children, a boy and a girl, who keep my wife and I very busy with baseball, dance, volleyball, and band. My family and I are very involved in our church, and various charities, including The Worthington Resource Pantry and Habitat for Humanity.
