Daniel Kavouras

Dan Kavouras is an experienced trial and appellate lawyer with a wide-ranging litigation practice that includes complex commercial disputes, class actions, privacy and data breach litigation, trade secrets and unfair competition, shareholder disputes, trademark infringement, legal ethics and defamation and First Amendment law. He has handled cases at every stage of litigation - from internal investigations and discovery through arbitrations, trials and appeals in both state and federal courts - and across numerous industries, including healthcare, banking, insurance, manufacturing and print and television media. Dan is a member of the Cleveland offices Hiring Committee and serves on the Pro Bono Appeals Committee for the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association.
