Luis Lopez is a Senior Associate Attorney in the San Jose office. He strongly believes a crucial part of advocating for clients begins with listening carefully to their needs and goals. Luis was admitted to the State Bar of California and the Federal District Courts in California in 2011. With a strategic focus on cost-effective case resolution, Luis has proven instrumental in navigating the complexities of bankruptcy and creditors rights litigation, as well as excelling in the arena of workers compensation defense. Prior to joining Albert and Mackenzie, he worked as a workers compensation defense attorney throughout California. Luis grew up in Fairfield, California. His motivation to pursue a legal career stem from his desire to wield the law as both a sword and shield. Luiss favorite aspect of his role is the distinctiveness of each case and the investigative intricacies surrounding injury and settlement. Beyond the courtroom, Luis cherishes weekends spent on the lake with his wife and family, either grilling, fishing, or playing games together. As an avid sports enthusiast, you can find Luis rooting for the San Francisco 49ers, San Francisco Giants, and Golden State Warriors. At the top of his bucket list is the goal of experiencing a 49ers Super Bowl firsthand.
