Samuel H. Burkhardt

Born in Bergen County, New Jersey, but firmly at home in Greater Philadelphia and South Jersey, Samuel Burkhardt is the newest associate at the Law Offices of Craig A. Altman, where sharp research and persuasive writing are his calling cards. He earned a B. A. in Philosophy and Communication Studies from Canisius University before graduating from West Virginia University College of Law in 2023, serving on the West Virginia Law Review and representing low-income clients as a Student Clinician. Following law school, Samuel clerked for the Hon. James J. Guida, J. S. C. (Ret.) in Bergen County. The year inside a Superior Court chambers refined his motion practice, brief-writing, and trial-prep skills, experience he now channels into personal injury and workers compensation matters for the Altman Team.
