Allen G. Bowman

Allen G. Bowman is a partner at AMMCG LAW, specializing in wine, beer, and spirits law, as well as business and nonprofit advising. He has represented various wineries and breweries in entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property matters, and more. Notable cases include representing grape sellers and wine producers before the California Department of Food & Agriculture and negotiating a buyout of a minority owner in a prominent winery. Bowman also serves on the management committee for the Firestone Walker Invitational Beer Fest.
