Katy Padilla Stout

Katy Stout Treasurer Katy Padilla Stout was born and raised in San Antonio, TX. She attended The University of Texas in Austin for undergraduate and South Texas College of Law in Houston, where she obtained her J. D. She is a former educator of almost a decade and is a proud attorney ad litem, representing children and families in Bexar County and rural South Texas. She is a proud mother of 4 children ages 7 to 3 months, two of which are adopted through foster care by her and her husband. Her love of early childhood education and advocating for children in foster care are at the heart of everything she does.
