Geric Tipsword

Attorney Geric L. Tipsword brings a varied background to our firm. He is a Desert Storm veteran who honorably served his country in the United States Army for 11 years. After leaving the Army, Mr. Tipsword went to work in the business sector as a Distribution Manager, Customer Service Manager and Finance Manager. During this time, Mr. Tipsword earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree.Subsequently, after years of co-parenting Mr. Tipsword chose to pursue a career in education during which time he taught High School Math and earned a Masters Degree in Education Intervention. This opportunity allowed him to coordinate his schedule with that of his children, thus allowing them more time together.Prior to moving to Illinois, Mr. Tipsword was appointed by Houston Mayor Sylvester Turner to serve as a City of Houston Municipal Court Adjudication Officer.Mr. Tipsword is dedicated to provided top quality services to each and every client as well as the community.
