Caroline is a thoughtful lawyer with a wide range of legal experience that includes commercial disputes, such as breach of contract and business torts, as well as real estate and corporate transactions. She also has a proven track record in estate administration and guardianships. In addition to her commercial practice, Caroline has a strong background in family law. She has successfully litigated matters related to divorce, enforcement and contempt, and modifications. Her experience extends to representing clients in high-asset divorce cases, including business valuations, asset and liability distribution and in dealing with spousal support, child support, high-conflict custody and parenting time disputes. She also has significant experience in the preparation and negotiation of prenuptial agreements. Caroline brings a collaborative and comprehensive approach to every matter. She develops strong relationships with her clients, focused on their needs and achieving their desired outcomes. Caroline is also actively involved in the community as a member of various legal, community and charitable organizations.
