Law Offices of Harold D. Carr: Robert S. Allen Robert Bob S. Allen Attorney Robert Bob Allen began working for the Law Offices of Harold D. Carr in 2015. He came to the personal injury field after spending 10 years representing injured workers, veterans, and people with disabilities. Prior to becoming an attorney, Bob spent 15 years working in various labor-intensive fields until an injury while working for a trucking company prompted him to go to school to get his Bachelors degree, then his law degree. This provided invaluable experience in understanding the process of dealing with an injury and the complexities of navigating an insurance claim to obtain the benefits the law provides. Bob has been married for almost 30 years and has a daughter who has now made him into a grandpa. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family. He served as an armor crewman in the US Army Reserves from 1987-1995. He graduated from the University of Oregon in 2001 and Seattle University School of Law in 2004. Bob is a member of the Washington State Association for Justice and the American Association for Justice.
