Carrie Marie Mc Kernan

Carrie M. McKernan joined Gianelli Friedman Jeffries McKernan in 2021. With a background in estate planning and litigation, probate administration, business law and some real property law, Carrie believes in providing her clients solutions to the complexities that often arise during estate planning and succession. Carries educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Juris Doctorate. Carrie was admitted to the California State Bar in June of 2016. Prior to becoming an attorney, Carrie held a real estate brokers license and was a shareholder in a family-owned real estate development company for over a decade. Becoming an attorney has allowed Carrie to build upon her acquired expertise to continue serving her clients and the local community. Currently, Carrie is a member of the local Tuolumne County Bar Association and serves as a board member on a local non-profit organization. Having been raised in the Mother Lode, Carrie, her husband of 28 years, and two adult sons have deep roots to the region. Carrie loves to travel, with frequent trips to Lake Tahoe or the coast, at a whim. Couple that with a good bottle of wine, dinner, and friends, and youll find Carrie is a happy gal!
