Mustapha Nabil Hawily

Attorney Mustapha Hawily is a founding partner at HNH Law Group and has years of experience in criminal and civil litigation. In his years of practice, Mr. Hawily has successfully litigated over 300 cases at the District, Circuit, and Appellate level. During his time in law school, Mr. Hawily worked at the Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office where he handled a wide array of criminal cases on behalf of the state. He also worked at the United Community Housing Coalition helping underprivileged persons retain their homes from tax foreclosure and resolved landlord tenant disputes. Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Hawily was very active in politics at the municipal level, having been a campaign manager for four local campaigns. His experience in politics has made him a strong leader and a vigorous advocate.
