Nicole E. Jackson

Nicole E. Jackson is a highly experienced trial attorney with nearly two decades of practice in civil and commercial litigation. She has successfully represented clients in state and federal courts as well as administrative proceedings. Nicole handles cases involving contract disputes, deceptive trade practices, employment law, construction defects, and professional liability matters. Nicole earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Troy University in 1998. She later completed a Post-Baccalaureate in Secondary Education from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 2000. She received her Doctor of Jurisprudence from St. Marys University School of Law in 2005, laying the groundwork for her accomplished legal career. With a strategic approach to resolving complex disputes, Nicole has defended clients in high-exposure fatality and catastrophic injury cases. She is known for negotiating substantial settlements that minimize liability while protecting her clients interests.
