About

During and after law school, Jason Bateman worked exclusively in personal injury. He was always attracted to the idea of challenging large corporations and insurance companies on behalf of injured individuals. Jason has successfully litigated cases in state and federal courts throughout the United States. Prior to joining our team, Jason worked at a busy plaintiffs firm and experienced every aspect of personal injury law in a variety of cases, including catastrophic injuries and medical malpractice. He represented clients at all stages of the litigation process, from the investigative stage to jury trials and appeals. Jason has obtained millions of dollars for clients through settlements and verdicts, including a $14 million verdict for an injured client in 2019. Since joining our team, Jason has continued his success. To date, Jason has tried over forty cases to verdict in a variety of venues.
