Before returning to her roots in Idaho, Molly was a litigation partner at a law firm in Fort Lauderdale for over 10 years. Her experience and expertise are recognized across multiple jurisdictions, with licenses to practice in Idaho, Washington, Oregon, and Florida. In early 2020, she came back to Boise driven by a desire for closer family connections and a more balanced lifestyle. Molly joined Elam & Burke in 2021, after serendipitously crossing paths with her neighbor, an E&B firm shareholder, who spoke about the firm’s business approach and shared values on prioritizing client representation and delivering optimal results. Beyond the courtroom, she finds joy in traveling and exploring new destinations with her husband and two beloved dogs, Kona and Tinkerbell.
