Miranda L. Dang

Miranda Dang Miranda is an associate in the Firms Litigation Department. She is well versed in civil and criminal proceedings and focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, white-collar litigation and government investigations, political law matters, Right-to-Know-Law requests and litigation, and education matters, including student disciplinary matters, Title IX proceedings, and litigation involving bullying and defamation. In conjunction with her other practice areas, Miranda has developed a focus on appellate advocacy involving matters of government and public policy issues, as well as white collar criminal matters. Miranda represents private entities that are the focus of regulatory investigations and high-stakes civil litigation. Mirandas litigation experience also includes extensive work in personal injury cases, including complex product liability and wrongful death cases where she has experience defending national corporations. In these cases, Miranda has robust experience in all aspects of litigation, from pre-suit strategy to resolution, and everything in between, including managing discovery, taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing compelling dispositive and discovery motions, first-chairing mediations and settlement negotiations, and developing comprehensive trial strategies. At Kleinbard, Miranda has developed a robust pro bono practice assisting individuals who are seeking asylum. In addition, she worked as a legal extern at International Rights Advocates, where she gained experience with international civil human rights complaints and briefings.
