During his 30 years of practice, John has focused primarily on defending catastrophic fire and explosion cases brought against gas suppliers, product manufacturers, detector manufacturers and others. John has developed a particular expertise in propane cases in which he has represented retailers, wholesalers, transporters and refineries in cases brought throughout the country. John serves as national or regional counsel for several of his clients and has long standing relationships built upon confidence and trust. In addition to his litigation practice, John regularly consults with his clients on safety, training and warning issues and proactively works with his clients to prevent accidents. John is also a frequent speaker at industry conferences focusing his presentations on practical advice designed to enhance safety.
