Monika Landrau

Monika has extensive experience in a wide range of real estate and business transactions including the sale, purchase and financing of residential, multifamily and commercial properties as well as restaurants and other small businesses. She also represents businesses and individuals in real estate and business litigation matters including contract and leasing disputes. Monika graduated from University at Albany with a B. A. degree in Philosophy and French Studies. She later received her Juris Doctor from University of Miami School of Law. While in law school, Monika served as Editor of The National Security & Armed Conflict Law Review. Monika Nizio Monika N. Aybar Landrau Monika enjoys representing buyers, sellers, developers, landlords, tenants, lenders and borrowers in real estate and business transactions throughout the United States. She also frequently works with international clients from Europe, South America and Asia. Prior to becoming the founding Monika N. Aybar Landrau partner of Aybar Landrau & Nizio, PL, Monika worked for two well known south Florida law firms, specializing in foreclosure defense and title work. Monika is a certified policymaker for Old Republic National Title Insurance Company and Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company and as such frequently issues title insurance policies in the state of Florida. Monika is fluent in Polish and proficient in French.
