Andrew E. Russell

In his practice, Andrew focuses on contracts, corporate law, employment law, and product liability. Andrew participates in all phases of litigation in both state and federal court. His experience includes representing product manufacturers, utility companies, premises owners, health care providers, law enforcement personnel, government contractors, and small businesses in a wide variety of civil actions. As an experienced litigator, Andrew further uses those skills to also assist his clients with negotiating and drafting contracts, corporate formations, regulatory compliance, and protecting intellectual property. Andrew is licensed to practice law in the State of California, Commonwealth of Kentucky, and Commonwealth of Massachusetts. While completing his Juris Doctor at Pepperdine University School of Law, Andrew was a member of the Interschool Appellate Advocacy Teams as well as the Moot Court Board. He also completed a fellowship with Pepperdines Geoffrey H. Palmer Center for Entrepreneurship and the Law where he focused on sports and entertainment law. Andrew is a Massachusetts native. He and his wife - who was raised in SLO - live in San Luis Obispo with their two daughters. Andrew enjoys coaching his daughters soccer team, distance running, and visiting the local beaches with his family.
