Represents clients before the Florida Legislature Represents independent postsecondary educational institutions and assists with compliance issues, accreditation, licensure, approval of programs, purchase and sale of private colleges and universities, employment issues, and litigation Represents public school districts before the Florida Legislature, and assists them in defense of claims made against the school districts Provides counsel to state and national associations and trade organizations Provides assistance in drafting contracts and litigating contract disputes Represents institutions with employee matters, including drafting employee policies and litigating employment matters Represents several statewide, national and international colleges and universities in the fields of health care, IT, business, and distance learning
