Tell me about a time when you felt discriminated against, picked on, or bullied and how that impacts how you do your job? When I was in the Air Force I had a Master Sergeant tell me that he believed I was untrustworthy because I am an Atheist and in his view, we all have to believe in something. I had previously felt that this Sergeant had seemed to single me out for nitpicking - nothing I did was good enough, even though I was one of the most experienced in my shop. As he as at the top of our section, I felt powerless to do anything about it. This set of circumstances had an effect of creating a feeling of hopelessness because no matter how well I did the job, I knew he would look at me differently.
