Alan R. Pfaff

Alan is a very experienced insurance coverage and trial lawyer. His litigation experience includes automobile liability, first-party insurance, products liability, construction, and premises liability. He has tried dozens of jury trials in Kansas state and federal courts. He has extensive experience providing insurance coverage counsel to insurance carriers and insureds on a wide range of personal and commercial insurance policies and extra-contractual bad faith issues.
