Expand All Collapse All Profile Ashley Heeren is an associate in Foulstons litigation and disputes practice group in the firms Wichita office. She assists clients in a broad range of insurance defense and commercial litigation matters. Ashley frequently represents insurance carriers in a significant number of cases related to personal injury, vehicle accidents, fire injury, or falls. She also handles litigation related to trusts, small business disputes, foreclosure and collection actions, and business ownership changes. She has successfully defended homeowners associations and their boards in disputes and helped HOA boards identify potential legal issues related to real estate covenants. Ashley received her J. D. from Washburn University School of Law. During law school, Ashley served as an articles editor for the Washburn Law Journal. As a summer associate at Foulston, Ashley gained experience in the areas of employment and labor law, tax, litigation, oil and gas, ERISA, trusts and estates, and business law. Outside the office, Ashley enjoys kayaking, spending time with family and friends, traveling with her husband and golden retriever, and hosting dinner parties.
