Bohloul Pouyan

Pouyan earned his Juris Doctor (J. D.) degree from Florida State University College of Law in 2015. During his law school summers, he worked as a researcher for the Florida Supreme Court and later clerked for the Honorable Chief Judge Charles A. Francis of the Second Judicial Circuit Court. These experiences provided Pouyan with invaluable insights into the judicial process and enhanced his legal research, writing, and courtroom skills. These skills now give him a significant advantage in representing clients in court. Over the years, Pouyan has been deeply involved in litigation, court appearances, depositions, negotiations, mediations, and case settlements. He has successfully represented numerous clients in California courts against major car manufacturers and insurance companies. Pouyan also holds a Bachelor of Law from Tehran University and a Postgraduate Diploma from Queen Mary University of London, England. Before moving to the U. S., he practiced law in Iran, representing Fortune 500 companies such as Honda, Yoplait, and Mediterranean Shipping Company (MSC), as well as individuals in both litigation and transactional matters. After years of corporate representation, he decided to focus solely on representing individuals, drawing on his extensive experience. Pouyan is a first-generation immigrant and the first attorney in his family. He is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association (LACBA), Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA), National Association of Consumer Attorneys (NACA), and Iranian American Bar Association (IABA). In his spare time, Pouyan is dedicated to raising awareness about domestic violence against women and children, giving back to his community whenever possible.
