Susannah Price

Overview Susannah focuses her practice on the defense of transportation companies in cases brought under the Federal Employers Liability Act (FELA), as well as other civil litigation and personal injury matters including civil rights and toxic tort cases. She represents her clients in all stages of litigation in both state and federal court. Her experience has included facilitating responses to voluminous discovery requests, drafting successful motions for summary judgment, negotiating favorable settlements, and trying cases to jury verdict. Before joining Knight Nicastro Mac Kay, LLC, Susannah worked for a large insurance defense firm. She began her practice as an Assistant Attorney General in the Illinois Attorney Generals Springfield and Chicago Offices, where she defended officers and employees of the state of Illinois.
