Jason E. Tapp

Overview Jason E. Tapp is a fully licensed Attorney at Law in the United States. He believes firmly in the saying: Hard work pays off. After practicing law in Oklahoma and Texas between the years of 2007 and 2016, Jason moved to Germany to complete further studies in International Dispute Resolution and Foreign Trade Law. He has deep experience in US litigation matters in areas involving insurance law, personal injury, premises liability, and commercial matters. After establishing himself in Europe and before joining hands with KLA International Legal team, Jason began working as Corporate Legal Counsel for Info score Forderungs management and Arvato Financial Solutions company in Baden-Baden, Germany. In this role, Jason developed, refined, and negotiated domestic and international service agreements including MSAs, NDAs, DPAs, Saa S Agreements, intellectual property license, and related ancillary agreements. Additional work activities included contract support for international sales, service, and employment matters; consulting on both GDPR and US Privacy law compliance; development of website Terms of Use and Privacy/Cookie Policies; research on the application of and risk factors arising from existing and newly created US laws and regulations; and business formation matters.
