Ivan Gustafson

About Ivan Gustafson Ivan is the son of a U. S. Marine Major General, and grew up in an environment in which ones word is sacred, and duty and honor are prized values. Ivan carries these values in to his practice and in to the courtroom and is frequently complimented by opposing counsel for his ability to press a vigorous position while being faithful to his core values of candor and trustworthiness. Admitted to the Bars of West Virginia, Georgia, Mississippi and Texas Ivan received his Juris Doctor from the University Of Virginia School Of Law and his focus has been products liability and general civil litigation. Ivan spent years defending corporations around the country and has been able to use his experience and expertise to develop national trial and discovery strategies to allow clients to examine, test, revise and adapt to evolving litigation realities. Before working in Atlanta, Ivan had a general practice in West Virginia where he learned the many ways law impacts peoples lives. Ivan credits this experience with giving him both the ability to understand how the law can impact the daily life of his clients and an excellent feel for the presentation of complex issues to them. Ivan now brings his career full circle, realizing his dream and opening his own personal practice in the Atlanta metropolitan area where he hopes to be your lawyer for your life.
