John Schultz

John Schultz joined our firm after working for a prominent civil defense firm under the helm of a former president of the Georgia Defense Lawyers Association. He has extensive experience on how insurance companies and corporations value and strategize cases and a thorough understanding of what strategic decisions result in the best outcome for his clients. During Johns time as a defense attorney, his primary focus was on catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases - which ranged from motor vehicle accidents, trucking accidents, and premises liability claims. John brings this experience to our team and is dedicated to maximizing your recovery should you have suffered injury from the negligence of a corporation or person. John is a Georgia native and avid outdoorsman. He comes from a large family - most of whom are medical professionals. When not practicing law, John enjoys fishing, hiking, biking, snowboarding, and traveling to remote areas of the world. He also enjoys taking GoPro and drone videos of his adventures (see the Personal tab for some of Johns videos taken in Norway and skiing).
