Erica earned her undergraduate degree in 2013 from the University of Pennsylvania, where she was a research assistant in the Social Neuroscience Research Program, and a member of the Criminology Undergraduate Student Advisory Committee. She earned her J. D. in 2019 from Rutgers Law School, where she was a staff editor for the Rutgers Journal of Law and Religion, and President of the law schools National Security Law Association.
