Maggie Lynn Stewart

Maggie focuses her practice on representing insurance companies and insureds in large loss subrogation and recovery cases involving property damage caused by fires, floods, defective products, and construction defects. Prior to joining the firm, Maggie gained 15 years of experience in subrogation and insurance defense litigation. Her extensive insurance defense background includes litigation of bad faith, coverage, and contract disputes, as well as defense of motor vehicle accident, premises liability, catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and construction defect claims. Maggie earned her Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Texas at Austin and obtained her law degree from the University of Denver. She is admitted to practice in Colorado state and federal district courts, as well as the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.
