Ashley Pitts

Educational Background Ashley is a native of Americus, Georgia and grew up in Macon, GA. She received her undergraduate degree at the University of Georgia. She attended Mercer University Walter F. George School of law and graduated in 2016. Throughout her career, Ashley has handled only personal injury cases. The last 2 years, Ashley focused on tractor trailer litigation. Legal Affiliations and Awards. Ashley is a member of the Supreme Court of Georgia, Georgia Court of Appeals, and the United States District Courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts. She is a member of Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, American Association of Justice and the Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys. Ashley was also named to the Top 40 under 40 for The National Trial Lawyers from 2020-2023.
