Jason T. Whitehead

Jason T. Whitehead II joined Perez Morris in 2023, where he focuses his practice on workers’ compensation and employment litigation matters. Prior to joining Perez Morris, Jason was an Assistant Prosecutor for the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor’s Office. He previously worked as an associate attorney at an Ohio workers’ compensation law firm.Jason obtained his law degree from DePaul University College of Law in 2019. During law school, Jason served as Treasurer for the Midwest Region of the National Black Law Student Association and as the Business Manager for the DePaul University Journal of Health Care Law. Jason also served as a legal extern for both the Seventh District Court of Appeals for the State of Ohio and the Department of Health & Human Services Office of General Counsel.In his free time, Jason actively participates in community involvement efforts aimed at giving back to those in need. He also enjoys traveling and spending time with his family and friends.
