David Bolen

David Bolen Biography David Bolen is an associate within Wicker Smiths Tampa office handling civil litigation matters and many areas of insurance defense including product liability, professional liability, premises liability, insurance coverage and bad faith, automotive cases, construction defects, insurance agent errors, legal malpractice, and appellate law. He graduated from Florida International University in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science majoring in public relations. He continued his education at the University of Miami School of Law where her earned a Juris Doctor in 2001. Prior to joining Wicker Smith, he worked at a regional law office defending clients in a variety of complex insurance law cases. Mr. Bolen was admitted to practice law in The State of Florida and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
