Mr. Wozniaks practice focuses on real estate, business, and consumer litigation, with particular emphasis on mortgage banking, lending, and servicing disputes. Additionally, Mr. Wozniak counsels the Firms clients with respect to regulatory and statutory compliance. As a seasoned litigator and lead trial counsel, Mr. Wozniak provides the Firms clients with efficient case management and guidance through the entire litigation process. Mr. Wozniak is admitted to practice in state and federal courts in Arizona, California, Hawaii, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, New Mexico, and Montana.
